Got a rough business idea, a passion, or a problem you can't stop thinking about? Turn it into something real. Join the 38th Burton D Morgan Venture Concept Competition, i.e., the smoothest on-ramp to venture there is at Purdue - with $100K in prizes and a room full of people figuring it out alongside you.

Here's the deal:

πŸ’Έ $100K on the line. Two tracks, ~25 teams win, $10K to each track winner. Bring a half-baked idea (and a ton of energy).

🧠 No experience? No problem. This is How-to-Start-a-Venture-Right 101 β€” you learn the founder playbook by actually running it on your own idea. Workshops on Thursdays at 7pm on Sep 24, Oct 8, Oct 22, Nov 5, Nov 19, and Dec 3.
🏒 HIVE this year. Workshop nights at the HIVE will be buzzing. Real energy, the room you will want to be in β€” the kind of founder density where collisions happen, teams form over coffee, and a hallway chat turns into your next move. Come co-work, stay late, meet your crowd.
πŸš€ A stepping stone to real outcomes. Past teams have shipped product, landed pilots and paying customers, pulled in revenue, and gone on to raise from top funds β€” some all the way to YC and a16z. Do well here, doors will open. Some we have them lined up for you.
πŸ™Œ Open to every Purdue student. No specific level, major, background, or permission slip required.

Ready to get started?
