Building Our Toolbox 🔨🔧

The hammer represents the woman who brings relentless grit to every opportunity and every challenge our team faces. She puts her head down, does the work, and gets the job done — no matter what’s asked of her — always putting the team first.

This week’s Hammer goes to Rylee Mangold. Rylee stepped into multiple roles for our team this past weekend and attacked each one with tenacity and heart. No hesitation. No excuses. Just toughness and commitment.

The wrench represents the willingness to make adjustments. It asks the question: What in my game — or in our culture — needs tightening? And who is ready to take ownership of that?

This week’s Wrench goes to Jaden Conrad, who embraced the need to adjust and elevate. She committed to refining her skills and making the changes necessary to produce the outcomes our team needed.
