Chancellor Mulligan's presentation was focused on the 2026-2031 Strategic Plan: Pathways to Opportunity that includes key performance indicators related to current enrollment, financial strength, employee satisfaction, student outcomes, and brand awareness.

Time is running out to apply for the scholarships!

The readvertised scholarship application, which students use to automatically apply for remaining donor-funded scholarships, will be open July 1 through Sept. 15 for submissions. The application is for scholarships awarded for the 2026-2027 academic year at the West Plains and Mountain Grove campuses. For more info. and instructions visit WP.MissouriState.edu/Scholarships.

For more than five decades, Neva has been a welcoming presence, a trusted source of knowledge, and a dedicated champion for library patrons and the community. Her commitment, professionalism, and passion for service have touched countless lives and helped make Garnett Library a special place for generations of visitors.

Fifty-six years of service is a remarkable achievement and a testament to Neva's dedication, hard work, and love for the library. We are grateful for the many ways she has contributed to the success of Garnett Library and enriched our campus community over the years.

Eligible participants can receive funding through the EDA Good Jobs Challenge for select short-term healthcare training programs at Missouri State University-West Plains.

Applicants must be 18 or older and live in an eligible south central or southeast Missouri county. Applications are due Sept. 30.

At MSU-WP, the Office of Workforce Development offers healthcare training courses that qualify for this grant, including Certified Phlebotomy Technician, Medical Office Assistant, and Certified Clinical Medical Assistant.
