Fordham University Spiked Shoe Club The goal of the Spiked Shoe Club is to tie the Fordham Track & Field Alumni Community together. We will be bringing you updates on the team.

We will be bringing you updates on the new faces of the team, where the team is, and how the team is doing. By joining this club, you will be reuniting with old friends and teammates and, hopefully, meet new ones. However, the club will only be as strong as we all make it, so the more people put in, the more missing teammates that are brought into the fold, the stronger we will be. Stay tuned for updates on the team we have all grown to love.

Congratulations to Ileana Chlorou and Liam Volz on their academic achievement awards at the Senior Honors Ceremony.
Ileana was recognized as having the highest GPA among Info Systems majors. Liam was recognized for his senior thesis and was awarded a medal for Global Business honors program.

Congratulations to Leia Ruvo on a tremendous finish to her Fordham Track & Field career. Leia earned silver in the heptathlon at the A-10 Championships, scoring 5,007 points and eclipsing the 5,000-point mark. She came just shy of the school record held by Hall of Famer Kerstin Greene.

200m – 26.00
Long Jump – 5.53m
Javelin – 36.30m
