Good morning MCCC Hospitality Program supporters!

Great news, our International Cuisine tickets are currently scheduled to be sold at 10 am tomorrow morning, Thursday, 3/5/26, via the Kelsey Theatre. These tickets are very limited for our (8) seatings - a maximum of (6) tickets for ONLY one seating is allowed. Please honor this request and do not plan to have multiple people purchase tickets as we sell out very quickly and want as many people from our community to be able to see our students in action.

Please remember to spread the word about our programs as we are ALWAYS looking for additional students with a desire to work in the hospitality industry - Chefs, Pastry Chefs, Managers and/or Food Science...MCCC is you very BEST place to start your academic foundation to prepare for your career in the Hospitality industry.

Update on tickets. Our Wednesday and Thursday lunch tickets, "The Viking Cafe" are scheduled for sale this Wednesday morning, 2/18/26, 10 am, via the Kelsey Theatre. Please remember that these tickets are very limited, first come, first served - please check your calendar before purchasing as they are NOT refundable and/or transferrable (cannot be used for any other date).

Tickets for lunch are $18/each (+ticketing fees). Dinner tickets will go on sale in the next week or two (they will be $29/each, plus fees). We remind everyone to please only purchase tickets for one meal this semester (a maximum of 6 tickets as that is our max table size, no exceptions).

Please remember that these are classes and students. We want to have as many supporters as possible enjoy a meal with us and help to spread the word about our programs to anyone wishing to receive hospitality, culinary, pastry and/or food science education/certificates/degrees. After all, we can only have these student-operated class meals with students - the more students, the more meal opportunities - this semester we have planned (3) lunches and (1) dinner. The remaining lunch and the dinner tickets will both be on sale within the next couple weeks - please stay tuned.

Also, lunch seating is between 12:30 pm - 1 pm, in ES114. One last reminder, this is a class and these are students learning, please be patient and understanding with our students. We will do our best to provide an enjoyable experience for all. We look forward to serving you soon!

Good afternoon MCCC Hospitality Program Supporters! We hope that you had a wonderful holiday season and are off to a great new year!
Despite the frigid weather, Spring semester has begun - our class restaurant ticket notifications should be in the next couple weeks - please stay tuned!
As a prelude, we will have a Monday evening dinner class comprised of International Cuisine, Viking Cafe lunch classes on both Wednesdays and Thursdays and some Tuesday Food Prep 2 lunch classes offered this semester.
***As always, please remember that these are students learning and to be patient - also, on the first day of sale, please purchase tickets for only one date (maximum of 6 tickets for that one date) as we are trying to allow as many of you the opportunity to see our students in action.*** Please remember to share information about our programs to anyone interested in becoming a student of our Hospitality Programs....we are ALWAYS looking for more students eager in learning and working in culinary, pastry, food science and/or hospitality management....MCCC remains YOUR BEST CHOICE!!!

Great news, our breakfast class is preparing for service in January! The tickets will be sold beginning Tuesday, 12/16, 10 am, via the Kelsey Theatre, on a first come first served. Please review the entire message below, then check your calendar and secure your tickets on 12/16! As you may know, tickets sell very quickly.

January 7, 8 ,9, 12, and 13 - a la carte breakfast $9/ticket (one breakfast with one beverage) - add-ons available with cash payment - seating times with ticket anytime between 8:30 am - 10:30 am

January 14 and 15 - buffet breakfast - $15/ticket - seating times with ticket anytime between 9 am - 10:30 am.

As always, we remind our guests that this is class and we request your patience as the students are in a learning environment and will do their best to satisfy your wants/needs. Please note that we will only seat guests during the time specified and we ask guests to remain in our dining room for no more than (1) hour to account for cleanup and the Chef Instructor's ability to review and prepare for the next class.

We greatly appreciate all of the continued support as our tickets have been selling out quickly - as always, first come, first served - no refunds on purchased tickets - tickets are non-refundable or transferrable. Should space be available, walk-in guests may be allowed with cash payment; however, only ticketed guests are guaranteed entrance. We look forward to serving you soon!

Good morning!
It seems our class restaurant tickets are still extraordinarily popular, we sold out for the entire semester within (3) minutes. Our apologies if you were unsuccessful with your attempt in purchasing. Since these are in fact classes, we have limited seating to ensure we complete our class on time.
Good news! We still have a few of our November 5th Tasting Event tickets remaining, but they too are selling quickly.
More good news, check at 10 am on Monday morning for our dinner tickets - they should be available for sale on Monday morning, 10/13, 10 am.

Good morning!

As our Fall semester is in full swing, we are planning for our ticket sales. We plan to have our Viking Cafe lunch tickets, Wednesdays, seating between 12:30 pm - 1 pm, begin selling next Monday, October 6 by 10 am. Tickets for lunch will be $18 + fees via our Kelsey Theatre. Our first lunch will be next Wednesday, 10/8. We MUST clear the dining room by 2 pm as class concludes at 2:30 pm. Other class restaurant information will be available soon.

Also, we are excited to announce that tickets for our 9th annual Chef Anne & Chef Shari Memorial Tasting Event will also be sold beginning Monday, 10/6, at a cost of $60 + fees, with all proceeds benefiting our Pastry students.

Please remember only one seating per person please (maximum of 6 tickets per restaurant). Also, please remember that tickets sell extremely quickly and are non-transferrable or refundable - so please check your calendar before making the purchase.

We really appreciate the love and support, all dinner tickets sold out as quickly as our Thursday and Friday lunches.

Good news!!! We have one last opportunity for you! ***We do request that if you already have tickets to a lunch or dinner this semester, that you please DO NOT purchase more tickets for our last lunch offering. These meals are designed to create awareness of our programs and we have continued to request that people only purchase tickets to one meal each semester to provide more opportunity for people to visit us and see our students in action. While we truly and sincerely appreciate the support, we ask that you kindly limit yourselves to one visit per semester (should tickets still be available after the first day of sale, then we can revisit this stance).

Now, that I have provided this reminder...Monday, 3/10, 10 am, we have a few lunch tickets that will be available - seating will be between 12 pm - 12:30 pm - dining room will be cleared at 1:30 pm.

I know it's been a while...but some news many of you have been waiting for...two class restaurant tickets (Thursday and Friday lunches - seating between 12:30 - 1 pm), will go on sale this coming Tuesday morning, 2/25/25, at 10 am, online, via the Kelsey Theatre - please do not call or overwhelm the Kelsey Theatre as they are kind enough to arrange the online ticket sales. As always, tickets are very limited. There will be a few more dates (Monday lunches and dinners) available soon for purchase (also very limited). We hope to serve you soon!

Good news, we have a Monday, sit-down, lunch service and Tuesday, take-out, dinner service class that will open as early as next week - limited seating and limited number of tickets - please begin looking this Wednesday morning, 9 am, to see if they are available for sale (via the Kelsey Theatre).
