UW-Whitewater will welcome two distinguished alumni back to campus to address graduates during its May 2026 commencement ceremonies this Saturday, May 16. Reggie Lawrence, who earned a B.S. in elementary education in 1990 and an M.S. in curriculum and instruction in 1992, will speak at the 3 p.m. ceremony, sharing reflections on how UW-Whitewater shaped his career in education. Earlier that day, Peter Glerum, a 1990 graduate with a BBA in management computer systems, will deliver the keynote address at the 10 a.m. ceremony, offering insight into how his university experience helped build his success as an investment professional.
