Fall 2025 Parking Permits – August 7 Sale Info
If you're a freshman, sophomore (under 60 completed credits), high school student, or other category, your chance to purchase a parking permit opens Today, August 7 from 8 AM to 9 PM.

Did you miss your August 5 purchase window?
If you're an upperclassman (60+ completed credits) or faculty/staff and didn't buy your permit on August 5, we still recommend logging in on August 7 to try—you may still be able to purchase a pass, or be added to a waiting list if spots are full.

Not sure which group you’re in? If you’ve completed 60+ credits, you’re considered an upperclassman and were eligible for the August 5 sale.

Please note: all permits are limited. Once they sell out, you’ll have the option to join a waitlist. While a spot isn’t guaranteed, requests will be reviewed as availability allows.

When it’s your turn to purchase, head to uww.aimsparking.com and log in using your UW-Whitewater Net-ID (top right corner) before selecting your permit — orders won’t process correctly unless you’re logged in first.

If you don’t have a parking permit, we strongly recommend not bringing a vehicle to campus, as parking is limited and permits are required.
More information on parking.

If you have any questions about parking or you need assistance, please reach out to the Parking Services team at [email protected] or 262.472.1011 — we are happy to help.

Hi Warhawks! We hope you’re having a great summer so far. ☀️

Here’s what you need to know about upcoming parking changes:

Lot 2 will be closed this Thursday & Friday, June 26–27 for patch work.
It’s expected to reopen Friday afternoon once work is complete and barricades are removed.

Looking ahead: Lot 2 will be fully closed July 7–20 for resurfacing.

(The resurfacing work is weather dependent, so please keep an eye on the lot. If barricades are up, parking is not allowed. The lot will reopen once they’re removed).

Be sure to plan ahead and use alternative parking options during these times.

Thank you for your patience as we continue working to improve campus for everyone. ☺️

If you have any questions, contact [email protected] or call 262-472-1011
