Wendy has served the Wichita real estate community as a loyal and dedicated agent with J.P. for over 9 years and recently moved to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services PenFed realty with the closing of the Weigand Residential division. Beyond her professional endeavors, Wendy is devoted to her family—her husband, a high school sweetheart and member of the Wichita and Kansas City construction communities, and her two sons, both of whom attended Maize High School. Wendy maintains an active lifestyle, engaging in weekly tennis sessions, regular workouts, and yearly hiking excursions throughout National Parks. An avid reader, she actively participates in a monthly book club and also delves into professional development books. As a graduate of Kansas State University, Wendy loves to support KSU sports (Go Cats!) and is a proud member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. Leveraging her diverse moving experiences and highly adaptive nature, Wendy assists clients in navigating the intricacies of the buying and selling process.
