The Criminal Justice Student Association is a student organization that strives to promote academic awareness of Criminal Justice students, Pre-Law students, and students interested in related academic fields of study; assist in the networking of information related to Criminal Justice career opportunities; organize education experiences (trips, lectures, tours, etc.) to enhance knowledge of the C

riminal Justice field; participate in career, academic and social activities; and establish and maintain a professional and socially favorable rapport with fellow association members, department staff, campus staff, fellow students, and community members.

Hello everyone, we’re excited to announce that we will have some new executive team members joining CJSA!

These undergraduate students are committed to helping create fun events and connect students with academic opportunities. We’re confident that these newcomers will help us make CJSA even better in the semesters to come!

We will also be joined by a guest speaker, Dr.Birzer, who will be speaking about undergraduate research opportunities and how you can make your resume pop!!

We only have a few meetings left this semester so we’d love to have you join us while we wrap up the school year!

Anyone who is interested in making a difference in student life, building professional connections, and being able to add impressive information to their resume should DM our account with the following information:

-what you’d be excited to see from CJSA in the future

Hey everyone, we’re excited to announce that our criminal justice career fair will be taking place one week from today on March 10th!

We have a great variety of business and organizations that will be attending and it could be a great opportunity to score a job or an internship!!

Hi everyone, we have an exciting upcoming event to share with you!! CJSA has invited Timothy Ralph, a detective with first hand experience on the BTK case, to speak at our upcoming meeting! This is a great chance to talk with a professional in the criminal justice field and hear about his experiences in law enforcement. We will be in the RSC from 11-1, and we hope to see you there!!

Finals are on the way everyone!!! CJSA and Forensic Science are coming together to do an end of semester study day, so if you need a chill space to get some work done or just want to hangout and relax make sure you stop by!! We’ll be in room 325 of the LETC on Friday from 11-2. Hope to see you there!!
