Friday 9/6: 10am-5pm Teams Check in and judges inspect their set-ups/meats
5pm: Head Cooks Meeting with KCBS officials
5:30pm(possibly earlier?): Eberly Farms will be selling BBQ plates and have a cash bar open behind the cabin(above the stage)
5:30: 50/50 raffle, Chinese Auction raffle (Prizes listed below) and co****le tournament ($20/team buy-in, single elimination with buy-in/re-buys until 6:30pm.- 50% of pot goes to Midian, 50% goes to first place only-conclude by 8pm)
8PM- Auction begins (outline of items listed below)
8:30PM Band Ten Day Wish (Sponsored by MasterPlumb) plays, cash bar open
9:30PM Band Breaks & 50/50 winner is announced (must be present to win).
9:45PM: Band resumes until 11:45,
12:00AM quiet hours begin
Saturday 9/7/19 7:30-12PM teams are waking up, preparing their competition turn-ins, finishing touches etc. (probably some swearing and regrets)
(No public Breakfast on site, but teams will prepare their own @ their own campsites- if you want a real breakfast make friends with a team-The Potentate might bring Doughnuts *hint hint* NORM CONLEY (or cat tacos)
11:00AM Chinese Raffle Closes/Draws winners... (need not be present to win- but will pick up winnings in a suitable time frame or pay for shipping or surrender them.)
12PM Chicken Turn-in to Judges
12:30PM Ribs Turn-in to Judges
1:00PM Pork Turn-in to Judges
1:30PM Brisket Turn-in to Judges
4:00PM Awards Ceremony
4:30PM Conclusion/ departure
