Wichita State University's Office of the Registrar oversees academic calendars, class registration and student records for the university. We are located on the first floor of Jardine Hall in rooms 102 and 117.

Summer 2026 diplomas are available starting today, September 8th! They can be picked up at the transcript window on the first floor in Jardine Hall on the Main Campus. Remember, you must show identification to pick up your diploma and cover.
