Eastern Oklahoma State College is excited to welcome Caitlin Hirst as the new Assistant Soccer Coach for the Mountaineers.

Hirst is no stranger to Eastern, having competed for the Mountaineers from 2022-2024 before transferring to Mid-America Christian University to continue her collegiate soccer career. She recently earned her bachelor’s degree in sports management and ethics from MACU.

As a former student-athlete at Eastern, Hirst brings firsthand knowledge of the program, a passion for player development, and a strong connection to the Mountaineer community.

Eastern will be operating on our traditional summer hours throughout June and July. Offices will be closed on Fridays each week and federal holidays of Juneteenth and Independence Day will be observed.

Eastern Oklahoma State College is excited to announce the hiring of Kati Wood as the institution’s new Marketing Coordinator.

Wood previously served as Foundation Coordinator for the Eastern Development Foundation and is a proud Eastern alumna, graduating in 2022 before earning a bachelor's degree in agricultural communications from Oklahoma State University in 2024.

In her new role, Wood will support the college’s marketing and communications efforts while continuing to share the Eastern story with students, alumni, and the community.
