Meet Gabby Morris! Gabby is the Secretary for the ‘26-’27 year, and will be graduating in 2027! After school, she plans on working in psych or geriatrics, and might go further to obtain her Nurse Practitioner license. In addition to nursing school, Gabby is the country music director at a radio station! Her favorite memories from Wilkes are the SSN spring kickback, midnight study sessions at Stark Learning Center, going for walks, and doing yoga in SLC 275. 📻🩺

Meet Grace Yusavage! Grace is this year’s Vice President of the SSN, and will be graduating in 2028! After Nursing School, she plans to work in an Intensive Care Unit, and eventually become a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. In addition to the SSN, Grace is also part of the Green Bandana Project and Wilkes University Chorus. Grace’s favorite memories from Wilkes are practicing for the sophomore simulation and attending campus events with friends.

Meet Giada Gowden! Giada is this year’s president of the SSN, and will be graduating in 2028! After Nursing School, Giada plans on becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Outside of school, she is a Nurse Intern at Wilkes Barre General Hospital. Her favorite memories from Wilkes include getting lunch at Chick-fil-A after exams, going to bingo, and experiences at clinical.

Happy Summer! In honor of the upcoming year, here are the 2026-2027 SSN Officers! 

Meet Samantha Price! Samantha is the Treasurer for the ‘26-’27 year, and will be graduating in 2027! After Nursing School, she plans to work in an ER. In addition to nursing, she plans on growing her family, and tending to her garden. Other than the SSN, she is also involved in the Veterans Council. Samantha’s favorite memories from Wilkes are meeting her best friend and mentoring her fellow classmates. 🩺🏥
