Hello everyone! Hope everyone had a fantastic summer and is ready for this school year and everything Medical Corps has planned for you! Catch Anastasia and Juna hosting the Medical Corps booth at the Purple Key fair. There were a lot of additions done to the program this year and we hope you check us out and see what's available!

Hi everyone! Hope you've been able to enjoy the warm weather lately! This is in case the email didn't get to you yet:

The Health and Wellness Fair will be happening this Friday the 28th from 11AM to 2PM in the Field House! We'll need posters to put up (attached in the email), help setting up, and even if you're busy for that, the Fair will feature local community organizations where you can sign up for volunteering either over the summer or next year!

Also, we will need a new President and a new Treasurer for next year--email [email protected] if you have nominations for either one.

Alright big update! We've got really several really big things coming up this Spring, and we're going to need all the help we can get!
1) We will be collaborating with the Women's Health Council and the Williams Feminist Collective on a massive, multi-event awareness program on the state of women and trans people in healthcare (especially considering that ACA's repeal has already passed the Senate, this is especially dire!) Look out for an email on updates on how you can help!
2) The Berkshire Doula Project will be coming to us in mid-February to offer training! More details will be posted as the date is finalized.
3) The annual Student/Faculty/Staff Health Fair will be happening in Spring this year, offering a comprehensive look at all the local healthcare available to you, whether you be a student, resident, or an employee of the college!

Harvard Doctor Michael Payne will be coming to campus this Sunday 11/22 at 1PM.

He is a dynamic speaker (very knowledgeable about medical school info) and also a pre-med adviser at Harvard College.
This will take place in Hopkins 001.

Topics covered include summer planning, career assessment, application tips and planning.
