Two recent high school graduates. Two friends. And a whole lot of sparks. 🔥
These two BFFs came to ETI to explore our welding program and get a feel for the trade before enrolling.
Instead of just hearing about welding, they got to experience it firsthand, getting hands-on with the equipment and discovering what it's like to work in the lab.
We love giving future students the opportunity to explore their options, get their hands dirty and see if a skilled trade is the right fit for them.

What happens after you graduate from ETI? We don't believe that's where the relationship ends.
Instructor Kyle Davis says one of his favorite parts of ETI is staying connected with students and following their careers even after they've left campus.
ETI students also have access to day and night classes, lifelong job placement assistance, and the ability to return and use the facility for free after graduation.
Kyle's advice for anyone entering the trades? Don't ever stop learning. Keep an open mind, and don't limit yourself to one way of doing things.

One more level to go!

Level 3 is back in the lab refreshing their sheet metal installation skills and when it comes to hands-on training, repetition matters.

From cutting and fitting ductwork to sealing joints properly, these students are sharpening the skills they'll rely on in the field.

They're getting closer to the finish line with just one level left, and we're proud of the work they're putting in along the way. Keep going, Level 3! 🔧🔥

Alumni Spotlight

ETI really does run in the family!

Eduardo and his dad are both ETI graduates, and today they're putting their skills to work together as the owners of Ponce Heating and Cooling in Indiana.

There's something pretty special about seeing two generations of graduates take what they learned at ETI and build a business of their own. We're proud to see where their training has taken them and excited to see what they accomplish next.
