You can make sure that everything you post is based in science not opinion and that you verified that it comes from a legitimate scientific source. You can track all of your social media accounts and if any of your 'friends' post anything that is not accurate or tries to dowbplay the severity of this outbreak, you can gently give them accurate information and see if you can encourage them to step up and do their part to contain the pandemic. You can let them know the dangers of not following the public health directives and highlight that they dont want their cavalier attitudes or carelessness be the cause of someone's death or severe I'llness. We can beat this, but its going to take a whole bunch of us to do it.
