We're excited to learn that Asbury Alum, Dr. Enoch Jacobus ('06), was honored as the winner of the Hawkeye Faculty Award at Shorter University, where he teaches. The award is given by the student newspaper to a professor that is passionate about teaching, is an inspiration to students, and is someone who supports the mission of the university.

Dr. Jacobus is one of many Asbury music alumni making a meaningful impact through excellent music teaching and mentorship at every level.

We've had a great year in the music department! All of the recitals and concerts have been given, but it never feels finished until we gather at Dr. Bell's house on the Kentucky River to celebrate the year together. We're especially proud of our graduating seniors who have given four years of excellent service and commitment - we can't wait to see what is ahead for you!

Join the Asbury University Chorale for This Is My Father’s World

An evening of choral music exploring life’s beauty, longing, and deeper meaning—from the wonder of creation to the hope that carries us forward. Featuring music by Brahms, Fauré, Brooks, and more, this program culminates in a powerful expression of praise and trust in God.

Come be encouraged, inspired, and reminded of the greater story we all share.
