A few more pictures from our "Scotland and the Art of Story" Travel Course. Students have been exploring Scottish History through the power of story, song, and art with stops at Stirling Castle, Arthur's Seat, the ruins of Lindisfarne Monastery, and participation in a traditional Scottish ceilidh. The trip will culminate in experiencing the Edinburgh Festival, which is the largest art festival in the world! Thanks to Dr. Jim Shores and Prof. Carol Anderson for leading this trip! Our students are having a great time on the "Scotland and the Art of Storytelling Travel Course". Enjoy these pictures from our Galápagos Trip that students went on earlier in the summer! They swam with sea turtles, sea lions, rays, and a variety of sea life while learning about the biology, biogeography, and history of the islands. They climbed a volcano, kayaked with sharks and penguins, and visited some of the last areas in the world where giant tortoises live. All this while completing a Biology Lab foundations requirement (or BIO 101, BIO 219, or BIO 223). Want to join this awesome trip next summer? Apply at the link in our bio!
