Hi folks, we will be taking students to Scotland from August 3 to 15, 2026. It will be a 3-credit CCE course.

We’ll be headquartered in the 900-year-old city of Edinburgh, where we’ll explore Edinburgh Castle, the Palace of Holyrood, climb Arthur’s Seat, and attend the Edinburgh Fringe Festival - the largest arts festival in the world.

From Edinburgh, we'll take the train to Glasgow to explore its amazing museums and history.
Visit the charming, seaside town of North Berwick.
Pilgrimage to the ocean ruins of Lindisfarne Abbey from which Christianity spread to Northern England.
Explore the stunning Rosslyn Chapel, a site featured in numerous films and once home to the Knights Templar.
Journey to the beautiful castle of Stirling, where Robert the Bruce ruled and Mary Queen of Scots was crowned.
Tap your toes at a Scottish Cèilidh and possibly cut a jig.
Visit with Asbury friends in Linlithgow, home to its castle ruins, and enjoy tea while exploring the beautiful Pentland Hills.

Scotland has breathtaking landscapes, a romantic history, and a vibrant arts scene. Come join us on this cross-cultural tour of a fascinating country within a country. Who knows? You might come home with a kilt and a broadsword! You’ll definitely come home with memories to last a lifetime.

First Interest Meeting
Tuesday, October 28, at 7 PM in Room 309, Miller ComArts Building.

Blessings, Jim Shores, Ph.D. & Carol Anderson, M.F.A.

⭐Meet Olivia Barracca!⭐️

Olivia is a Junior at Asbury this year and she is studying Elementary Education with a concentration in English as a Second Language. One of her favorite things about Asbury is the spiritual community fostered by professors, in classes, and through the many spiritual growth opportunities! Whenever Olivia is not at Catalyst II you can find her with family or friends, being active, or spending time outdoors!

Fun fact about Olivia is that she was born in El Paso, Texas, but raised in Kentucky! 🤠🐎
