Attention Wingate Vocal Alumni! The Wingate Choir Department is planning an exciting 2027 International Choir Trip to the Baltic Region for current students, alumni, and family (or friends who are like family!)

Wingate University Singers presents Lessons from the Earth: Rest, Reflection, and Resilience!! The concert will feature works by Jake Runestad, Alex Berko, Andrew Balfour, Thomas Dorsey, and Christopher Harris!

There will be TWO performances at TWO locations. The first performance will be this Friday, March 20th, at Wingate University in the Plyler-Griffin Recital Hall in the George A. Batte Fine Arts Center at 7pm!! This performance is free of charge.

The second performance will be on Saturday, March 21st, at Wake Forest Baptist Church for the Virginia Tull Music and Fine Arts Series. For this performance tickets cost $15, you can purchase them with the link below or at the door.

The Wingate Music Department hosted The 2026 All-Carolina Select Choir last Friday and Saturday!

Thank you to all of the schools that participated in this wonderful event. We want to thank the educators of these amazing schools and the parents that came out to support them!

Huge thanks to Dr. Sandra Snow and her work with the 9-10 choir and Dr. Kody Wallace and his work with the 11-12 choir. They were both amazing clinicians that brought, made, and shared phenomenal music with us! We also want to thank the pianists, Mr. Jordan Locke and Mr. Eric Hauck, for their hard work and wonderful playing! Also shoutout to the Wingate Music students, faculty, and staff for organizing and helping out with this event!
