Medical assistants are the heartbeat of change in today’s fast moving healthcare world. Dr. Kim Radtke, Assistant Professor and Undergraduate Program Director of the Healthcare Leadership & Administration Program at WSU was a keynote speaker at the 4th Annual Minne Nationals MN State Society of Medical Assistants Conference, April 17–19, 2026. She explored how to navigate and thrive through change. From understanding key change management principles to reducing resistance and leading with confidence, this session empowered MAs to become proactive drivers of progress in their clinical settings.
