Calling All Rams: Become S.T.A.R. Trained Tonight!

Our 2026–2027 S.T.A.R. Training will take place tonight, Tuesday, September 8, at 6:00 p.m. We encourage alumni who are passionate about Winston-Salem State University to attend and become prepared to support student recruitment throughout the upcoming year.

Listen, the Ramily showed up and showed OUT in Norfolk!

You traveled from near and far, supported the Ram Zone Friday night, and came back Saturday with numbers, noise, and the best tailgate in the lot. Period!

We may not have gotten the win on the field, but our Ram Pride never took a loss. Thank you for ALWAYS supporting and representing WSSU the way only the Ramily can.

Norfolk saw us. Norfolk heard us. Norfolk FELT us! 🐏❤

| New date. New route. Same Ramily spirit.

This year's Homecoming Parade kicks off Homecoming Week on Sunday, Nov. 1 at 2 p.m. with a brand-new route — starting at Research Parkway and Fifth Street, turning onto Rams Drive and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, and wrapping up on Cromartie Street. The Red Sea of Sound will headline the entertainment, joined by Chancellor Bonita J. Brown and First Gentleman Wesley Brown, elected officials, high school bands and floats.

After the parade, head to Bowman Gray Stadium at 5 p.m. for the Lighting of the Sign, featuring music, food trucks and stepper performances. Homecoming culminates Nov. 7 when the Rams host Fayetteville State at Bowman Gray Stadium. Want to walk, ride or roll with us? Registration is open through Oct. 11.
