DLA faculty member Betsy Towns is representing UNCSA as a co-principal investigator of a new National Science Foundation Planning Grant focusing on human waste management. Together with co-PI Nickolay Hristov, senior scientist at TERC, Betsy has assembled an interdisciplinary team.
