At WSSU, Police and Public Safety are committed to building relationships, meeting students where they are and being a resource not only during difficult moments, but through everyday engagement. When students feel comfortable connecting with us, it helps strengthen the campus community and supports their success.

That commitment is reflected in our newly refurbished vehicle, made possible through the support of our students, Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) and our dedicated team. More than just a design, it represents school pride, collaboration and our shared mission. The artwork honors our founder, Dr. Simon Green Atkins, and proudly displays our motto, Enter to Learn, Depart to Serve.

We appreciate everyone who played a role in bringing this vision to life. It stands as a reminder that at WSSU, campus safety and student success go hand in hand.
