It's about approaching societal inequities and environmental challenges with innovation to develop creative and sustainable solutions. Whether we are passionate about bringing societal change to the environment, poverty, education, immigration, healthcare, human rights, or any large-scale challenge, The Hub believes true solutions must begin with a deep understanding of the issue. The Hub provides a space for students and faculty to gather and innovate for social change.

💙 SPARC Day 2026 was all about showing up for our community 💛

✧ More than 850 Tars volunteered across 30+ locations throughout Central Florida

✧ From food security and education to sustainability, the arts, and community support, every site was a different way to make an impact 🌎

✧ And the impact goes way beyond one day. In 2026, 13,500+ Tars have contributed more than 54,000 hours of community service

A brand new InnovaTar just joined the Hub family ... Meet Lily! 🦊✨

As a Project Management InnovaTAR, Lily will help establish and maintain partnerships with academic departments, student orgs, and classes, while coordinating and managing all of the Hub's events from prep to outreach.

Keep an eye out for her at events like Changemaker Day, World Bee + Earth Day, and SDG SPARC Quest! 🎉

This is Lily's first year with the Hub, and we can't wait to see everything she brings to the team! 🎊

She will be leading the Digital Marketing Team, shaping the visual identity of the Hub, and making social impact tangible for students on campus.
