Hey students! Feeling a little sleepy after the summer break? Our door locks agree with you!
When you arrive to your door, if your first scan doesn’t work, don’t worry! Our door scanners may need a few taps to recognize a newly activated physical R-Card or phone credential.
🔴 Red light? Try scanning again.
🔵 Blue light? Great! That means the scanner is processing your access request.
Because our scanners connect through Wi-Fi, it may take a few minutes for access updates to sync. Once you see the blue light, wait a few moments and then try again.
