Please come and join us for this impactful two day symposium in Wisconsin Rapids.

Todd Blyleven’s message was forged in one of the most chaotic moments imaginable.

After stepping forward during the 2017 Route 91 mass shooting in Las Vegas, Todd turned adversity into purpose, now helping first responders, tactical professionals, and high-performance teams strengthen the mindset needed to lead under pressure.

His keynote goes beyond motivation, delivering real-world insight on resilience, mental readiness, physical preparedness, and performing when the stakes are highest. For those who serve on the front lines, Todd brings a powerful reminder: preparation matters, leadership matters, and how you respond in critical moments can change lives.

Join us this July in Wisconsin Rapids, WI, for the Strength & Readiness Symposium - built for law enforcement, fire, EMS, and first responders committed to staying physically strong, mentally sharp, and ready for whatever comes next.

Hear from Todd Blyleven and other industry experts as they dive into resilience, recovery, performance, nutrition, and leadership under pressure.

Students in our Entry-Level Driver Operator – Pumper course continue to build critical fireground skills.
Last night, our students successfully set up and completed a twin-tube draft, demonstrating solid knowledge, teamwork, and pump operations. 💪
Twin-tube drafting is a rural water supply technique where an engine pulls water from a static source using two hard suction lines and dual intakes, increasing water flow and efficiency—especially when hydrants aren’t available.
👏 Great work putting theory into practice and stepping up to the challenge. Skills like this make a difference on the fireground.

Registration is open for Wisconsin’s first Tactical Strength & Readiness Conference! We’re bringing together public safety professionals for a 2‑day, hands‑on symposium focused on strength, movement, injury prevention, recovery, nutrition, and performance under pressure. These topics are designed to better prepare you for your readiness and performance as a tactical athlete, even though you may not have ever before looked at yourself in that light.

Engaging keynote speakers, world-class breakout speakers, and an expert panel will help to deliver the highly important and potentially career-altering information.

If you, your employees, your co-workers, or your colleagues care about training smart, staying healthy, and being ready for their biggest days, send them our way. And PLEASE share this with your network so it reaches the right people.

Today we honor the firefighters in our community and around the world who run toward what the rest of us run from. Their courage, skill, and quiet professionalism save lives, protect our homes and businesses, and hold our communities together on our worst days.

To every firefighter, career and volunteer, on the line, in training, in dispatch, or retired: thank you for your sacrifice, your long nights, your missed family moments, and your willingness to answer the call without hesitation. Today, on International Firefighters’ Day, we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty and we recommit ourselves to supporting the health, safety, and wellness of all who continue to serve.

If you know a firefighter, take a moment today to say “thank you.” A text, a call, a wave at the station, or a simple kind word goes a long way.

🔥 “When others flee danger, firefighters walk in.”
