Hello Cavaliers!

Hope you all are having a good and safe semester so far! Next weekend, the Caval33t's Overwatch team is currently recruiting for more members.
If you have Overwatch for PC and if you have discord, then you're set! Final registrations for additional team members is Wednesday February 17th and the Tournament starts Saturday, February 20th!

Good evening everybody!

As the semester is almost at an end, so is this semesters competitions. Thank you everybody who has supported the Caval33ts! Your support means a ton. With that being said, we are picking up next semester with our collegiate tournaments like Overwatch! If you know anybody who goes to UVa Wise, has a PC, Discord, Overwatch, and is interested in competing next semester, share this post. Thank you all for your continued support and see you next semester!

Good evening, Cavaliers!

The Caval33ts Overwatch team just took home 1 win against the Houston Cougars and 1 loss from NYU Somewhatviolets! The team will participate in 2 more upcoming matches next Sunday! Show your support as the caval33ts keep fighting on! Go Cavs Go!

Hello Cavaliers!

Tomorrow, the Overwatch team will be participating in the Overwatch Collegiate Championship: preseason split 2! Representing the Overwatch team is the following:

Jonathan Large(Team Captain, Tank)
Starfire Cherrix(Tank)
Joseph Bailey(DPS)
Omer Mangan(DPS)
Ryan Wright(Healer)
Cameron Stanley(Healer)

These men will go up against the Houston Cougars EST. Then they will go up against the NYU Somewhatviolets @7:30pm!

Show these guys some love and support and lets go Cavs!

Happy Sunday, Cavs!

Our final officer for the Caval33ts is Starfire Cherrix, the Social Media Manager for the Caval33ts E-sports club! Starfire is a Theatre Major at UVa-Wise. His favorite games include Overwatch, Call of Duty, Borderlands, League of Legends, and Among Us. Starfire joined the Caval33ts because he always wanted to take his gaming to the next level and is passionate in both Theatre and Gaming. Starfire’s favorite quote is “The minute you think of giving up, think of the reason why you held on for so long.”

Hello, everybody!

Our fourth officer for today is Ryan Wright, the Tournament Scout for the Caval33ts E-sports Club! Ryan is a Spanish major with a minor in Education. Some of his hobbies include reading Spanish novels, crochet, and embroidery. Ryan joined the Caval33ts because he wanted an environment in which people could come together to experience competitive gaming. Ryan likes to main Sombra and Moira in Overwatch.

Happy Friday, Cavaliers!

Our third officer for today is Autumn Bailey, Secretary of the Caval33ts E-sports Club! Autumn is an English major and German minor. Some of her hobbies include writing, thrifting, and painting denim. Her favorite video games (non-competitive) are Mass Effect and Dragon Age but she is currently obsessed with Fall Guys. She joined as an alternative whenever the Overwatch team was in need of players and is a self-proclaimed noob, but it is some of the most fun she’s ever had. Her favorite quote is from Sylvia Plath’s The Bell Jar: “I took a deep breath and listened to the old brag of my heart. I am, I am, I am.”

Hello UVa-Wise!

Our next officer of the day is Jonathan Large, Vice President of the Caval33ts E-sports Club! Jonathan is a Software Engineering Major. His favorite games include Overwatch, Persona 5 Royal, and Bayonetta. Jonathan joined the Caval33ts because he used to compete in fighting games and missed competing. Good afternoon Cavs!

This man here is Joseph Bailey, the President of the Caval33ts E-sports club! Joseph is a computer science major. His favorite games include Rocket League, Minecraft, and Metal Gear Solid 4. Joseph has helped create the E-sports club so that students would have a place to gather to form teams and compete in their favorite competitive games. Joseph has a dog named Petunia(as seen in the picture).
