These little cabbages sure are growing up fast! Pictured here is a small, red conical type (Kalibos), a Chinese cabbage and a small green variety.

What are your favorite ways to use cabbage? We like ours fermented as kraut and kimchi!

We are sad to report that due to a surge in hospitalisations due to covid, WCC will be closed until January 4th. Until then we have set up tables in front of the Child Development Center with items from the food pantry and produce grown on our student farm. We plan to operate this temporary stand from mon-friday from 9:00 AM-2:30 PM until December 23rd when the break starts. We are so sorry for the inconveniences and thank you for bearing with us!
