Join us for "STEMpire: Women Shaping the Future of Innovation," where we delve into the challenges and opportunities for women in STEM fields. Despite progress, women's representation in STEM remains significantly lower than men's. We will explore underlying reasons and celebrate the achievements of women in STEM, addressing barriers such as biases, stereotypes, and limited mentorship.

The following subtopics will be the focus of our discussion:

👉 Examine persistent gender disparities in STEM fields

👉 Identify obstacles and biases faced by women in STEM

👉 Highlight strategies for fostering a supportive environment for women in STEM

👉 Inspire action towards a more inclusive future for women in STEM

One of hour panel discussion will be followed by half an hour of community engagement and networking.
