WSU Recreational Athletes, Performance, and Diet Study The focus of the study is to observe the impact of diet and athletic performance measures on sports performance in middle-aged adult competitive athletes.

• Do you participate in an organized sports league?
• Would you like to know if your diet and nutritional habits are appropriate for your activity level?
• Are you interested in finding out how fast, agile, and fit you are?
• Are you between the ages of 35-55 years? If you answered YES to the questions above then you may be eligible to participate in this research study! Who is eligible?
• Members

of an adult recreational sports team such participating in at least one official scheduled contest per month, but practice weekly
• Adults between 35-55 years of age
• Must have no injuries that would prevent participation

Participants who complete this study will receive a dietary analysis and an athletic test report
