Gateway to College serves youth, ages 16 to 21 years old, who have dropped out of school or are significantly behind in credits and unlikely to graduate. Students earn free dual credit while working towards the completion of a high school diploma. When a

student graduates, they are likely to have college credits towards an Associate's degree or certificate. Students are supported by the Gateway to College staff every step of the way. We offer supportive services, career and academic counseling, and referrals to outside agencies and other offices on campus. Successful students in our program are highly motivated and would like to earn a college degree. Our students are willing to be held accountable for their actions; going to class, completing homework, and keeping in contact with the staff. The first step to apply to the Gateway to College program is to attend an information session.

If you thought I was going to leave without one final cheesy slideshow where I sneak in some pop punk and pictures of Feeney, you would be very wrong πŸ˜‚

I am so grateful for the last 10.5 years with Gateway. It’s hard to put into words.

I am endlessly thankful to Marci, who taught me so much personally and professionally, and supported me no matter what. You can’t ask for a better supervisor and friend.

I got to work with so many wonderful people. Too many to name here, but I appreciate all of you.

And my STUDENTS!!! You have all taught me so much. Resilience, motivation, humor, compassion, and so much more. Every single one of you has made an impression on me. I am so proud of you and thankful to have even been a small part of your journeys. High school is only the beginning! I love seeing where life takes you after Gateway and I hope our paths will continue to cross in the future.

Thank you for everything,
