RLH Houses

RLH Houses Clark houses 146 undergraduate and 111 graduate students in 14 houses located around campus. Houses are either apartment-style or open communities.

The University offers fourteen houses for undergraduate residence living. Some are structured like small residence halls and others offer apartment-style living. The houses are: 13 Beaver Street, 70 Florence Street, 914, 926, 930, and 934 Main Street, 21 and 23 Maywood Street, 1 and 3 Maywood Place, 112 and 114 Woodland Street, and 2 Downing Street. All of the houses are co-educational; most by fl

oors. There are single and double rooms in all houses except 13 Beaver Street, 1 and 3 Maywood Place, and 906, 914, and 926 Main Street, which are single rooms only. Each house has shared furnished living rooms and full kitchens. Washers and dryers are available to students living in all houses. Each room is equipped with a bed and mattress (extra long twin), desk, chair, bookshelf, built in closets and/or standing wardrobe, and window drapes or curtains for each resident. Also provided is telephone, cable, and high speed internet service (wired and wireless). Please note: because of the nearly endless variety of room size and shape in the houses, we can not provide specific or even general room dimensions.

Fri 18th through August 1st, all RLH Building pages will go through a process of closure. We recommend that you save any photos and/or posts that you would like as they will no longer be available starting the 1st.

Taking the place of building Pages will be year-specific building Groups. These Groups will be searchable; however, access will be limited to those who live in the hall during the corresponding academic year. First year and transfer students are also welcome to join the FYT page. Upper class and graduate students will be open to join the Upper Class and Graduate page.

All are welcome to continue to support, post, and comment on the public Page for Residential Life and Housing.

Should you have any questions or concerns about this process, please contact DaVaughn Vincent-Bryan at [email protected].
