Over the weekend, MUN at Clark competed at , an international conference in Montréal, Québec, hosted by . The team won 5 awards and Best Small Delegation.
The team competed in a mixture of Crisis, GA, and Specialized committees, with topics ranging from Hockey, Propaganda, and Eurovision. The team sang their hearts out in and out of committee, and still supported the Boston Bruins through it all.
The team created so many amazing memories in Montreal, including wandering the city during a snowstorm, and meeting so many different delegates from so many different schools. Not only did the team walk out with new memories, but also with many new friends.
ConMUN marks the end of our season on the Canadian Circuit for this year. This Spring’s performance at both Concordia and McGill’s conferences marks our best performance on the Canadian circuit in a decade, with a 70%+ average awards ratio between the two conferences, and a Best Small Delegation Award.
We are so proud of the team, and we are more than excited to go back to Canada next year.
