WE ARE proud to announce that Allison Altman-Singles, Ph.D., associate professor of kinesiology and mechanical engineering, has gained international attention for her in-depth research examining the impact of running with a stroller.

Singles' discoveries answer real-world questions and contributes to a better understanding of our bodies and how everyday activities can be made safer. From on campus to the around the world, we are thrilled to see our Penn State Berks faculty making an impact. Congrats Allison! 💙🤍

On August 24th, we held our 8th annual New Student Convocation! It was filled with pride, connection, and community as our newest students were welcomed by faculty, students, and keynote speaker Jim Laurie.
A special thank you to Laurie as he spoke about the power of generosity and caring for others. He encouraged students to turn to one another and take a selfie, illuminating our Penn State Berks pride.
WE ARE excited for the new year and new beginnings for our students.

We had an amazing Move-in Day at Penn State Berks! 🎉 A huge thank you to WFMZ-TV for capturing the excitement as our newest Nittany Lions arrived on campus. It was inspiring to see first-year mentors, resident assistants, faculty, and staff come together to welcome and support our incoming students. Plus, one of our Penn State Berks families was featured in a special interview! 🦁💙

The campuses say there will be a lot of activities over the weekend for the students to get familiar with the people and the area they now call home.
