National Nurses Week is a celebration for all nurses who care for the health and dignity of their patients. Mount Marty just graduated its latest class of future nurses, and we are excited to see how these students will positively make an impact. One of these graduates is Courtney Brink '26, who, upon passing her boards, plans to work in the intensive care unit at Faith Health in Norfolk, Nebraska.

This past Saturday, 216 students officially became Mount Marty University alumni during the commencement ceremonies on our Yankton campus! 🎓

The ceremonies marked the first commencement for President Dr. Mark Brown, who surprised commencement address speaker Michael "Mick" Gibbs with an honorary doctorate in humane letters. We also celebrated several students who were recognized with awards for their outstanding leadership, service, and Benedictine spirit.
