Nearly 90 WCBA students, faculty and staff joined the United Way - Youngstown Mahoning Valley for our third annual United We Care Volunteer Day!

From sorting supplies to packing essentials for local students, our Penguins put community service and leadership into action while making a difference across the Valley. Thank you so much to our Penguin community for helping to make a lasting impact!

Congratulations to Youngstown State University's Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) student chapter on earning the 2025–26 SHRM Superior Merit Award! 🏆

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Fall 2026 Paul J. Thomas Public Lecture in Economics!

We were honored to welcome economist Pavlina R. Tcherneva, president of the Levy Economics Institute and professor of economics at Bard College, to Williamson College of Business Administration.

Tcherneva’s lecture, “Capitalism’s New Chapter — What This Generation Inherits and What It Can Change,” sparked an engaging conversation about the future of our economy, the challenges facing the next generation and the opportunities we have to shape what comes next.
