Membership Requirements: *Candidate & Member Requirements: -Accounting, finance, or information systems major -Cumulative and major GPA of 3.0 -Required Professional and Service Hours -Complete one upper-division major course to be inducted for membership (Financial and Managerial Accounting are not included) -Must be a candidate for at least one semester after completing one upper division course *Affiliate Program: -Open only to Freshmen and Sophomore business majors with an interest in accounting, finance, or information systems -Are not required to meet certain professional and service hour requirements during the year -Dues: $10 per semester, first semester is free *Meetings, Events, & Activities: -Business causal is recommended, but not mandatory, at all meetings and activities, unless otherwise specified. -Business professional is required for tours and other specified events -Meetings and tours are held on Wednesdays at 4:00 p.m. – 5:30/45 p.m. In any given semester, there can be additional events held on days other than Wednesday (for example, the bocce social and the golf outing). Candidates, members and affiliates may be responsible to pay for attending and/or participating in activities and events, such as the Golf Outing. Notices of such fees will be given well in advance of the meeting or event.
