The Penguin Service Center is a customer service area that works in support of the following offices: Financial Aid and Scholarships, Student Accounts and University Receivables, Records, and Registration. Our office and website are centralized locations where you can access and manage your financial accounts and academic records. We are here to assist you.

Follow these steps to submit your application: Log into the Penguin Portal and click the “Student Dashboard” card. Then, click “Graduation Application” under Records.

Today (June 8th) is the last day for students enrolled in AOP Summer 1 and 1st-7 Week courses to withdraw and receive a grade of “W”.

To withdraw from a course, log into the Penguin Portal and select the Student Dashboard card. Select “Register for Classes” under Registration. Select the correct term, and click “Continue”. In the Summary box, click the Action drop-down menu for the course you wish to withdraw. Select “Drop Course (W Grade)” in the Action Drop Down Menu. And click “Submit”.
