MFA Candidate Update!

Meet the Production Staff of The Wind in the Willows! Next up is our choreographer, Sierra Tennyson. Sierra (she/her) is a Teaching Artist and Choreographer based in Southeast Michigan. She is currently working toward her MFA in Applied Drama and Theatre for the Young with a concentration in Dance and Theatre Teaching Artistry at Eastern Michigan University. Sierra has a BFA in Musical Theatre from Siena Heights University and danced collegiately on the sideline and competitive dance team. This is Sierra's first time working with HappyPlace Productions and she is excited for this experience. Sierra hopes to instill and share her passion for the arts with young people and help them learn to express themselves through art-making. Come and watch the moves our kids make on stage June 19 and 20 at the Meyer Theater!
