Interim Chancellor

The Yuba Community College District founded in 1927 as a single-college district, transitioned in 2008 to include Woodland Community College as the 110th community college and is now a multi-college district with Yuba College. Both colleges are designated as Hispanic Serving Institutions (HIS). The District provides a range of educational opportunities to approximately 12,000 students. The District has centers in Colusa County, Lake County and Sutter County. The service area has a rich diverse population spanning eight counties and nearly 4,200 square miles in Northern California.

It is that time once again to sign up for the IRS Section 125 Plan. The Cafeteria Plans offered to our employees are: Un-reimbursed Medical and Dependent Day Care and other voluntary plans.



It is important that all employees who are currently enrolled in the Cafeteria Plan(s) complete a new enrollment form. Our Open Enrollment Period is October 17, 2014 – December 5, 2014. If you do not re-enroll your Cafeteria Plan(s) will be cancelled effective January 1, 2015.
