Statement on the situation of DKP and SDAJ, the indirect party ban and anti-communism.
The World Federation of Democratic Youth shows its full support to the DKP (German Communist Party) and its youth organisation, the SDAJ (a member organisation of WFDY) in their struggle against the indirect party ban that the German state is trying to impose on them.
The German electoral authorities have decided to withdraw the DKP's status as a political party and thus prevent it from standing in the federal elections in September this year. The excuse is a delay in submitting the party's financial reports when parties in the system have been in arrears for years without any legal threat.
In fact, deputies of the right-wing CDU party have taken up to a year to submit their incomes and submitted them late every year since 2011, without even going into the latest corruption cases. Of course, in none of these cases were there any repercussions for the MPs or the parties.
Moreover, this is not an isolated case but part of a broad anti-communist campaign by the Federal Republic of Germany in particular, and by the ruling classes and imperialist forces in general, to discredit, harass and wipe out democratic, progressive and anti-imperialist forces. The same persecution has been suffered by other member organisations of the WFDY and other friend organisations within this international campaign of criminalisation of the popular, anti-imperialist, workers', democratic, communist, progressive movements and, in general, by all those who struggle to build a world free from exploitation and oppression of any kind.
Another example is the European Parliament resolution of October of 2019 equating Communism with Nazi-Fascism, another assault in the ideological offensive of the ruling classes to compare those who fought to liberate us from Nazi-Fascist barbarism with those very same people responsible for one of the greatest crimes against humanity.
The anti-imperialist youth of the world will not tolerate the indirect party ban of our comrades of the SDAJ and their party, the DKP.
Solidarity with the DKP and SDAJ! Let's continue struggling until we have built the world we have dreamed of and fought for!

Desde la Federación Mundial de la Juventud Democrática mostramos todo nuestro apoyo al DKP (Partido Comunista Alemán) y a su organización juvenil, la SDAJ (miembro de la FMJD) en su lucha contra la ilegalización blanda que le pretende imponer el Estado alemán.
Las autoridades electorales alemanas han decidido retirar la condición de partido político al DKP y, por tanto, impedir que se presente a las elecciones federales de septiembre de este año. La excusa es un retraso en la entrega de los informes financieros del partido, cuando los partidos del sistema llevan años de retrasos sin que haya ninguna amenaza legal.
De hecho, diputados del partido derechista CDU han llegado a tardar un año en presentar sus ingresos y presentarlos tarde todos los años desde 2011, sin entrar siquiera en los últimos casos de corrupción. Por supuesto, en ninguno de estos casos hubo repercusiones para los diputados o el partido.
Además, no es un caso aislado sino que forma parte de una amplia campaña anticomunista de la República Federal Alemana en concreto, y de las clases dominantes y de las fuerzas imperialistas en general, para desprestigiar, acosar y acabar con las fuerzas democráticas, progresistas y antiimperialistas. El mismo acoso han sufrido otras organizaciones miembro de la FMJD y otras organizaciones amigas dentro de esta campaña internacional de criminalización de los movimientos populares, antiimperialistas, obreros, democráticos, comunistas, progresistas y, en general, de todos aquellos que luchan por construir un mundo libre de explotación y opresión de cualquier tipo.
Otro ejemplo es la resolución del Parlamento Europeo de octubre de 2019 que equipara el comunismo con el nazi-fascismo, otro asalto en la ofensiva ideológica de las clases dominantes para comparar a quienes lucharon por liberarnos de la barbarie nazi-fascista con esos mismos responsables de uno de los mayores crímenes contra la humanidad.
La juventud antiimperialista del mundo no tolerará la ilegalización encubierta de nuestras camaradas de la SDAJ y de su partido, el DKP.
¡Solidaridad con el DKP y la SDAJ! ¡Seguiremos luchando hasta construir el mundo que hemos soñado y por el que hemos luchado!
