Be honest — have you ever left a meeting and thought:
“So… what was the point of that?”

I used to feel that all the time.

About 15 years ago, I was leading my first big project.
I thought I was doing the right thing by scheduling more meetings.
Daily check-ins. Weekly updates. Endless reviews.

But instead of helping my team…
I was burning them out.
Deadlines slipped. People were frustrated.
