Highlights of the program included the launch of the Tuutuu Laau Faamanuiti Environment Youth Engagement Framework and the National Adaptation Plan, reaffirming Samoaβs commitment to strengthening youth participation and climate resilience efforts. The program also featured certificate presentations, youth reflections, and the unveiling of the Samoa Environment Youth Engagement Program Theme Song, reinforcing the vital role of young people in shaping Samoaβs environmental future.
πΈ πΈThe day concluded with the National Friends of the Environment Awards and the Official Closing Ceremony, celebrating outstanding environmental contributions and reflecting on a meaningful week of activities, partnerships, and shared commitment toward protecting Samoaβs environment for future generations.
