This is a reminder that the first Putnam practice session meets this Wednesday, 10/8, in the common area of the Math and CS department on the second floor of McQuaid Hall.

As you know, there is no prerequisite for the Putnam competition all that is required is a willingness to engage in some challenging math problems. Come on by on 10/8 for details, or email "Kristi Luttrell" ([email protected]) for details.

The Putnam exams are tough, so we do recommend if you are interested in a challenge, to go to some o the sturdy sessions we offer.
