Great to have UNSW President / Vice Chanceller, Professor Attila Brung, to be in Singapore for the 3rd year to meet alumni here. It is also wonderful that Australia High Commissioner, H.E. Allaster Cox, graced the event. We also have a great alumni panel sharing on resilience against adversity.

Singapore is lucky to have people like Dr Liu Thai Ker whose work made Singapore what it is today. He is an outstanding alumni of UNSW whom we look up to. https://www.nytimes.com/2024/05/24/world/asia/singapore-public-housing-urban-planner.html?unlocked_article_code=1.uk0.PRrP.rHCDLik7Wq1h&smid=url-share

Been 1 month since I started a new role as General Manager of Ladon Capital that is the Singapore fund management subsidiary of a Melbourne based property group (with more than 4000 land plots in Melbourne & Brisbane, about 300 agents in 10 China cities that sold 1 out of 3 Australian properties to Chinese buyers). Visited the head office along Collin Street from 8th to 13th Jan and saw a gorgeous view of Melbourne. I look forward to the challenges to build up the Singapore office.
