🌍 Theme 2: Why Representation Matters

👩🏻‍🔬👩🏼‍🔬👩🏽‍🔬👩🏿‍🔬 This week’s focus: Why is representation of women in science important to you?

Representation isn’t just about visibility — it’s about belonging, opportunity, and showing others what’s possible. These reflections remind us that when women see themselves in science, they know they have a place in it.
