Growth rarely shows up wrapped in comfort.

Most of the breakthroughs in your life started with something falling apart, someone leaving, a plan failing, or a routine getting disrupted.

Discomfort forces you to look at the parts of your life you were avoiding. It pushes you into new rooms, new skills, new versions of yourself you never would have met if everything stayed easy.

Nothing changes when you are cozy. Everything changes when you are challenged.

Sometimes the shove you hate becomes the shift you needed.

Looking back, the discomfort always makes sense.❤️

Everyone sees the cars, the freedom, the lifestyle.
No one sees the silent sacrifices made years before.
This is the part nobody posts about:

1️⃣ Living Below Your Means While Dreaming Bigger

You don’t look rich at first — and that’s the point.
You say no to flexing so you can say yes to freedom later.
Quiet moves include:
• Saving aggressively
• Reinvesting profits
• Avoiding lifestyle inflation
Wealth grows faster when your ego stays small.

2️⃣ Working When No One Is Watching

No likes. No comments. No praise.
Just repetition and discipline.
The quiet grind is:
• Learning skills daily
• Building income streams slowly
• Showing up even when motivation is gone
Consistency in silence creates unstoppable momentum.

3️⃣ Saying No to Distractions That Feel Good Now

Most people stay broke chasing comfort.
You delay pleasure to buy freedom.
That means:
• Fewer parties
• Less scrolling
• More focus
Temporary boredom is the price of permanent freedom.

4️⃣ Building Skills Before Building Status

Money follows value — not vibes.
You don’t chase attention; you chase competence.
Quiet builders focus on:
• High-income skills
• Problem-solving
• Becoming useful in the market
Status comes later. Skill comes first.

5️⃣ Keeping Your Plans Private

Not everyone needs to know your next move.
Silence protects focus.
The quiet rule:
• Move in silence
• Let results speak
• Avoid unnecessary opinions
The less you explain, the faster you execute.

Final Thought

Financial freedom doesn’t start with luxury.
It starts with discipline, patience, and uncomfortable choices made in silence.
The loud life is earned — not announced.

Which “quiet move” are you making right now?

❌️ Effort alone doesn’t earn rewards.

The world doesn’t pay for sweat. It pays for usefulness.

You can hustle nonstop and still stay broke.

If no one needs what you do, nothing moves.

Money chases impact. Always has.

It shows up when you remove friction, save time, reduce pain.

Think bigger than tasks. Think outcomes.

Ask who you’re helping, not how busy you are.

Busy people stay tired.

Useful people get paid.💵💰

👉 Ready is a moving target that keeps cowards comfortable.

If you wait for confidence, you will wait forever.

You build readiness the same way you build muscle, by reps.

Messy reps.

Embarrassing reps.

Reps where you learn what not to do.

Most people do not lack talent, they lack courage to start ugly.

Stop overplanning.

Stop asking for permission.

Take the first step today and let the feedback shape you.

Action creates clarity.

Action creates skill.

Action creates confidence.

The longer you think, the more fear writes the script.

FROM *IR.07 TEAM*

*INTRODUCTION*
ZIMRA, our beloved tax collector loves to shine the spotlight on Value Added Tax or VAT. Relax it is not one of those phenomena that are peculiar to Zimbabwe. It is an established practice around the world that also goes by the name Sales Tax or Goods and Services tax. In Zimbabwe, it is one of the biggest contributors to government revenue amongst the taxes and that’s why ZIMRA loves to talk about it. Here’s what you should know about VAT as a business operator.

*VAT*
A value-added tax (VAT) is a consumption tax placed on a taxable product whenever value is added at each stage of the supply chain, from production to the point of sale. This means that each time a product is handled in the value chain VAT is applied. As the definition suggests VAT does not cover all products. For example basic food, public transport, education, residential accommodation, donations and financial services. The VAT rate in Zimbabwe is 14.5% of the taxable supply.

*VAT REGISTRATION*
Operators are required to register for VAT if their income is over or is expected to exceed ZW$1 000 000 within a 12 month period. Therefore if am operator consistently earns ZW$84 000 per month or month they are required to register. There is a provision for voluntary registration for VAT even if the income is not expected to exceed the 1 million dollar threshold. Operators who supply VAT exempt items are not required to register for VAT.

*_RATIONAL EXPECTATIONS THEORY_*
The rational expectations theory is a concept and modeling technique that is used widely in macroeconomics. The theory posits that individuals base their decisions on three primary factors: their human rationality, the information available to them, and their past experiences. The theory suggests that people’s current expectations of the economy are, themselves, able to influence what ....
