Wits is expanding its engineering offering with the launch of a new Mechatronics Engineering degree designed to respond to the rapidly changing world of engineering and Industry 5.0. 🤖⚙️

The new programme integrates mechatronics engineering with artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship and innovation, equipping students with a multidisciplinary approach to the technologies shaping the future.

Current first-year Engineering students can apply this year to join the programme in their second year in 2027.
