"Youth and Memory: Honouring the Spirit of Ingquza Hill to Build a Cohesive and Non-Violent Society", was the theme for this year’s Ingquza Hill Massacre commemoration.

Ingwe TVET College participated for the first time in this year’s event and shared information about the College and its Programme offerings to out of school youth.

The programme of the day included a wreath-laying ceremony at the memorial site, a walkabout of exhibitions and government service stands, cultural performances, messages of support from various stakeholders, and a keynote address by the Acting Premier Mr Mlungisi Mvoko.

Yesterday a delegation from the College led by the Acting Principal had the honor of visiting His Majesty Chief Mkwedini (Gcinizizwe!!!) of Lambasi.

He generously donated 15 hectares of land to our College for agricultural development. This extension will house all our agricultural qualifications and open new doors for students & the community.

The National Skills Fund (NSF) and the DHET today visited Ngqungqushe Campus as part of preparations for the new Campus launch.

Part of the visit included a walk about in the new buildings to ensure readiness for the upcoming opening.
