Plus Vision Consulting is a by-product of the inception and implementation of the vision, principals as well as the objectives of the Visionary’s Youth Empowerment & Leadership Foundation, Founded by Musa Thandolwenkosi Tshabalala in 2009. The foundation was originally founded to be a youth development organisation which
seeks to better the quality of life for people living in both urban and disad
vantaged
communities by empowering young people from such communities to transform their
lives and those of others, through Education, Moral values as well as leadership. It had believes that the youth are a long term solution to the problems we face today. After identifying the need for holistic developmental projects for young people, particularly those from disadvantaged communities, to counteract the effects of social issues such as HIV/Aids, unemployment and education, VYELF was born, an organisation that would administrate programs and projects that targets the social, educational and moral development of a young person and was registered on the 22 nd March 2011.Due to a lack of funding, the organisation was dissolved late 2012. The spark of the concept of leadership training and personal Development lived on due to the need and demand for this service. Plus Vision Consultant comes as a solution to meeting that demand.
